Is Audrey Raines Really Dead?
Last Monday’s episode of 24 revealed that Audrey Raines, Jack Bauer’s girlfriend was killed in China. Jack’s really upset about it and wants to prove that she was murdered. I have a sneaking suspicion however that we’re going to find out she’s not really dead. It all just sounds too convenient. Plus, I don’t think Kim Raver’s new show is doing all that well. hehe. Do you think/want Audrey dead?
I’m really going to miss her character if she is truly gone. :(

okay..if you do not want to know the question to “is audrey dead”, dont read the rest of this. i put her name in imbd and read all of her apperences in 24… get this…. it said that she was on the last 7 episodes of day 6!! plus, on wikipedia it said that she was captured by the chinesse!! im so happy. so to answer that floating around in 24 fans head- Audrey Rains is ALIVE!!!!

On the wikipedia page it says she is not dead but that she is brain damaged! Yay Audrey is HOT :)

oooommmmgggg, i was so devestated when i learned about Audrey’s death that i was crying too hard to pay any attention to the rest of episode 14.
BUT!
i was just too suspicious, i mean come on! they can’t just kill her off like that! thats going too far even for Cassar.

i got straight on the net, and found this AWESOME site which told me Audrey is still alive!!!! woo hoo!!!
and you know what the best part is? Jack now knows that Audrey went looking for him for like the whole year, so how much closer are they going to be when they see eachother!
omg please tell me shes not in china or unable to speak or see him or anything! they have to have some physical contact or something!!

Audry Raines isn’t really dead. She didn’t die in the car accident nor did she get murdered. The Chinese captured her and JAck is probably going to go blow all of the Chinese’s heads off and rescue Audry.

It has been everything but fun, the way day 6 ended. I’m one of those who really wants to see Jack and Audrey being together. My opinion about Audrey is that she’s been the best girlfriend for Jack that I’ve ever seen on the show. She is a smart woman and hopefully she’ll recovers as good as Jack seemed to be recovered from whatever they did to them in China.
It made me cry to see in what condition Audrey was. And all she could say to anyone was Jack’s name and that she wanted Jack to help her! I’ve been crying about that a little too long. SHE was the one who found out about Jack being captured by the Chinese and SHE was the one who went up there to find Jack! She wanted to save him but ended up the way she did. When she looked at him, once when Cheng brought her back and once when Jack tried to escape with her from CTU, you could see that she DID recognise him! It was too sad that they didn’t let Jack come near her! They’ve been through the same, he knows what she felt, what she’s been through!
It made me sort of angry when James Heller told Jack that everything he touches dies. How could he possibly say that? Maybe understandable if you saw in what condition Audrey was, but still… Jack was there for two years. And then the ending! Jack was right telling James it is NOT fair to blame him from everything. And I guess that he was indeed sort of angry with Audrey for not listening to her father and just going to look for Jack. And it was even more sad when Jack told Heller that he sees him as a father. Too bad Heller ruined that!
And the way it ended, with Jack “realising” it’s better for Audrey and Jack to split up and that she maybe one day understands! I guess that she NEEDS Jack to recover from what happened. They’ve been through the same and it’s even more sad he kissed her goodbye, knowing that SHE gave everything in HER power to SAVE JACK! And besides that, she only seemed to recognise Jack at some point. She only called out for Jack… and look where it ended. I couldn’t sleep from it and my eyes are still thick from crying last night. (It’s just yesterday I saw the season’s finale!)
But who knows, maybe the next season starts with Jack and Audrey being back together, somewhere in France… since I’ve read that they may not film in America and that there may not be a CTU anymore at all! There’s still hope for us to see Audrey return and hopefully she will!

Dear Jane, as far as we know, there are no current plans on bringing Audrey Raines back in season 7. According to IMDB she will most likely be in the movie, but yet, nothing is sure as to whether she will return to 24 season 7, or 8. Lets hope so though! ;)
I am, like you, a big fan of her and Jack/Audrey, too! =D

THE QUESTION IS DOESE 24 REALLY REFLECT WHAT HAPPENS IN CTU OR IS IT JUST AN ADAPTION OF SOMEONES POINT OF VEIW EITHER WAY THE PAST 6 SEASONS HAVE TOUCHED ME AND ITS OFFICIALLYY THE BEST AMERICAN SITCOME EVA ANY MUR SPOILERS FOR SEASON 7????????????????
