James Morrison Will Be in Season 7 of 24
There was some speculation as to whether or not James Morrison’s character Bill Buchanan would be in season 7 of 24, but now there’s an answer on James’ personal website. James writes:
I play Bill Buchanan, head of CTU Los Angeles, in seasons four, five and six of the FOX TV series 24. At present, it looks as though I will not be back for season seven, since the show is moving in new directions.
Update August 8: I’m going to back to the show after all. And I’m very happy about it. I’ll let you know more when I can.

YAY!!!!!!!!! This is GREAT news!!!!!!! I’m so glad that he is going to return to the show!!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D
Hopefully they’ll keep him alive though! They should! He’s a great man!! And hopefully he and Karen are still together! They were/are a nice couple!

Bill Buchanan coming back? Excellent! Buchanan, as portrayed by James Morrison
added dignity and cohesion to the stories contained in “24″. It will be even more difficult now to wait for the opening of season seven.
