The 24 star was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, while still on probation for another DUI in 2004, on Tuesday morning–and now faces jail.
As a result, organizers of an LAPD fundraiser on Saturday have told Sutherland he’s no longer welcome at the event. He has been replaced by moviemaker Ron Howard.
