Raskjub Joins ‘Julie & Julia’
Mary Lynn Rajskub has joined the cast of Columbia Pictures’ ‘Julie and Julia’. The film stars Amy Adams as Julie Powell, a temp who combated her boredom with blogging her one year journey of cooking all 524 recipes in Julia Child’s classic cookbook, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.” Meryl Streep co-stars as Julia Child, and Rajskub will play Powell’s best friend. Nora Ephron (Sleepless in Seattle, You’ve Got Mail) is directing the film, which is currently in production in New York City.
Anyone else thinking Rajskub will be the smart ass in the movie? Hey, the girl knows her niche.

OH I can’t wait for this movie. I love Amy Adams and this movie will be hilarious. I love the plot too. I can’t wait to see Meryl Streep as Julia Childs!

I don’t want to get the idea that Mary Lynn is going to movies insted of TV shows. I know that she’s done movies before I just don’t want her to go back and start to like it better!
