How to Get 24 Seasons 1-6 for $30 - No Joke
If someone told you you could get 24 seasons 1-6 for under $30, you’d think they were insane right? Well, that’s the offer Best Buy currently has, if you know what to look for.
All seasons are on sale for $16.99, that includes the recently released Season 1 Special Edition DVD set(pictured right). If you buy that set, you get a coupon for $15 off any other 24 set. But there’s fine print that can save you a fortune. That fine print says that the discount can apply to MULTIPLE 24 sets, totaling $75 dollars (which is the max if you bought season 2-6).
So do the math, you buy the first season for $16.99, then other seasons for $16.99 as well, with the $15 discount that makes any additional seasons $1.99.
Can’t imagine you’ll ever find a cheaper deal than this folks. If someone does capitalize on this deal, please let me know. Unfortunately the deal only applies to Best Buy’s in the US, and therefore as a Canadian, I can’t jump on it.
If you don’t believe me, check out the DVD talk boards with people who’ve gotten the deal.
Thanks to loyal reader CW for the tip.

I forgot to mention that your luck may very, as you might run into a not so cooperative manager (who doesn’t want to give away TV sets for $2, and he/she will make up any excuse not to honor the deal). I’m not sure if the coupon works with any other offers, but the cashier’s computer should automatically discount the DVD sets with the coupon. Good luck!
and I picked up Season Six today for $17, though if I knew about this deal beforehand, I guess I could have bought Season One SE DVD for $17 and got Season Six for $2…oh well, not going back to Best Buy

I got the deal today at Best Buy. It took a lot of talking with the manager of the store but I finally got all 6 for 28.64. What a deal. Thanks for posting this.

Hey, the manager claimed no way in hell this could happen and said he will only do it if I can show him a receipt from someone who already got the deal. Anyone out there willing to e-mail me a copy of there receipt?

should’ve bought it anyway on a credit card, then mail copies of the information in to your credit card company and tell them to void all charges since the seller did not honor the terms described on that coupon…let the CC company do the fighting for you
