You Can Buy Mary Lynn Rajskub’s House, For $1.4 Million

Mary Lynn Rajskub’s Venice bungalow is up on the market for $1.4 million. She bought the tiny 800 square foot bungalow three years ago, but barely lived in it because it was too far from 24’s studio in the valley. Apparently she leased the house to 24 baddie Mia Kirschner, and put it up for sale when Kirschner moved out this past January.
Rajskub bought the house for $899,000 in 2005, and is selling it for nearly double that. Talk about a good real estate investment.
